BLOG POST 3 : Game Audrey Shim Period 1

Spanish Up Game:

Description:

This games is similar to heads up, but instead of movie genres and other entertainment topics. To replace the topics, Spanish phrases and words will replace the topics. Teams will be made into two and there will be obstacles. There are going to be stations for each Spanish phrase and word.Each note card will have phrases and words written in Spanish and the person guessing will have to guess it in either Spanish. For example, one station will have facial structure while others might have other morning routine actions. Each team will start at different station and will have to go through all of them to win. If a team gets all the words, phrases, and finishes all the stations before others, they will be earned with a prize. If a team is struggling to pass a station and another team is waiting behind them, the struggling team will have to go back to the start. To confirm that a team has finished, each team will have their own type of sticker and will stick them on each station they pass. In total we will have 6 stations. If the teams aren't equal, we can have teams of four.

Materials Needed: 

Note cards for the guessing words, candy or other prizes, and different color stickers to identify which team. 

Rules:

No talking when doing an action, and no cheating. 

Station Topics: 

El bano- What things we do in the bathroom, so bathroom actions such as washing your face. 

Facial Parts: For example, nose, eyes, and mouth.

Body Parts: For example arm, leg, and knee.

Materials used in a morning routine: For examples comb, shampoo, and brush.

To...: For example: To apply makeup, to wash my face, and to brush my hair.
